Integrations
One integration works today. The rest are listed with their real status, because a page listing thirty logos for connections that do not exist is a lie told with a grid.
Available now
1Watches your connections for job changes, posts and accepted requests. Sends messages and comments you have approved, and brings replies into the inbox.
In build
2Gmail
ChannelSend approved messages by email and see replies in the same inbox as LinkedIn.
The connection works. What is outstanding is subject line generation and an unsubscribe footer, which UK law requires on marketing email. It is not being released without those.
Outlook
ChannelThe same as Gmail, for Microsoft accounts.
Ships alongside Gmail.
Limited by the platform
1Continue a conversation with somebody who has already replied.
Meta requires prior opt-in before a business may start a WhatsApp conversation, so it cannot be used for first contact. Having somebody's number from LinkedIn does not grant permission to message them. It will be available for replies only, and any tool offering WhatsApp prospecting is inviting a ban on the number.
Planned
6Google Calendar
SchedulingOffer real availability when a conversation turns into a meeting, without leaving the inbox.
Waiting on the reply flow being used in anger first. Booking links added before anyone is booking anything solve nothing.
HubSpot
CRMPush replies and outcomes into the CRM so the pipeline reflects what happened.
The natural first CRM. Not started.
Pipedrive
CRMThe same, for Pipedrive.
Not started.
Salesforce
CRMThe same, for Salesforce.
Not started, and realistically behind the lighter CRMs.
Slack
NotificationsA message when somebody replies, so the inbox does not need watching.
Not started.
Webhooks
DeveloperSend events to anything you like when a reply arrives or a message sends.
The most useful of the planned items, since it makes every other integration possible without waiting for us.
Common questions
Does OutreachConvert integrate with a CRM?
Not yet. HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce are planned but not started. Webhooks are also planned and would make any CRM connection possible without waiting for a native one, which is why they are the more useful item. Nothing here is available today, and this page says so rather than listing them as though they were.
Can it send email as well as LinkedIn messages?
Not in production yet. The connection to Gmail and Outlook works, but sending marketing email in the UK requires a working unsubscribe under PECR, and messages need a subject line, which the drafting does not yet produce. It is not being released until both exist.
Why is WhatsApp limited?
Meta requires prior opt-in before a business may start a WhatsApp conversation. Having somebody's number, even one LinkedIn shows you because you are connected, does not grant permission to message them. WhatsApp will therefore be available for continuing conversations with people who already replied, and not for first contact. Any tool offering WhatsApp prospecting is inviting a ban on the number.
How do I request an integration?
Email hello@outreachconvert.com and say what you would connect and why. Requests from people actually using the product carry considerably more weight than a general vote, and webhooks are likely to arrive before most named integrations because they unblock everything at once.
Want one of these sooner?
Tell us what you would connect and why. Requests from people actually running the product decide the order.
