Acceptable Use Policy
The short version: contact people you have a genuine reason to contact, honour their wishes when they say no, and do not use the product to send bulk unsolicited messages. We enforce sending limits for your protection as well as everyone else's, and we will not remove them on request.
You must not
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, or anything that would reasonably be described as spam.
- Contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted, on any channel.
- Send unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, deceptive or misleading content.
- Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent who you are or who you work for.
- Use the service to gather personal data for resale, or to build a contact database for third parties.
- Attempt to bypass the sending limits, the approval queue, or any other safety control.
- Use the service for recruitment or communications where a separate regulated consent applies, without obtaining that consent.
Limits we will not remove
The service enforces conservative daily sending limits, a warm-up period on new accounts, sending only during working hours on weekdays, and one message per person per cycle.
These are not configurable upward on request. They exist to protect your account, the people you contact, and other users of the service. If you need higher volume than this allows, the product is not a fit and we would rather say so.
Platform rules are your responsibility
Connecting a LinkedIn account to this service may breach LinkedIn's User Agreement. That is explained in the Terms of Service and you accept the risk when you connect an account.
The same applies to any other platform you connect. WhatsApp in particular requires prior opt-in before a business may start a conversation, and we restrict the product accordingly.
Enforcement
If we believe the service is being used in breach of this policy we may suspend access without notice. Where the breach is serious, or repeated, we will terminate the account.
