Terms of Service

1. Who we are

OutreachConvert is operated by Onarvo Group, a company registered in England and Wales. You can reach us at hello@outreachconvert.com.

By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. What the service does

The service connects to your third-party accounts, currently LinkedIn, monitors them for events such as job changes and posts, generates draft messages, and sends messages you have approved.

The service is provided as software. We do not send messages on our own behalf, we do not decide who you contact, and we do not write anything that you have not had an opportunity to review.

3. LinkedIn and other platforms

This clause is important and we would rather you read it than skim it. LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits accessing the service by automated means, and LinkedIn's official API does not permit third parties to send connection requests, read the feed, react or comment. The service works by driving a real logged-in session on your behalf.

That means using the service may breach your agreement with LinkedIn, and LinkedIn may restrict or terminate your account as a result. You accept that risk. We design the product to reduce it, with conservative sending limits, a warm-up period on new accounts, sending only during working hours, and refusing to send low-quality messages, but we cannot eliminate it and we do not warrant that your account will be unaffected.

You are responsible for your own compliance with the terms of any platform you connect.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must have a lawful basis for contacting the people you contact, and for processing their personal data.
• You must comply with UK GDPR, PECR and any equivalent laws that apply to you, including honouring opt-out requests.
• You are responsible for the content of any message you approve, including messages drafted by the service.
• You must not use the service to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive or bulk unsolicited content.
• You must keep your account credentials secure and tell us promptly if they are compromised.

5. Messages you approve

The service generates drafts. You decide whether they are sent. Once you approve a draft, the message is yours and you are responsible for it, whether or not you edited it.

Drafts are generated using a third-party language model. Generated text can be wrong. The service flags drafts that assert checkable facts, but that is an aid to your review rather than a substitute for it.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service depends on third parties, including the channel gateway that connects to LinkedIn, and their outages will affect it.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what you are paying for, we will tell you in advance.

7. Fees

The service is currently in private testing and no fees are charged. If and when paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be presented before you are charged, and you will not be charged without agreeing to them.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or for restriction, suspension or termination of any third-party account including LinkedIn. Our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period, or one hundred pounds where no fees were paid.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, or if continuing would expose us or others to legal risk.

On termination we delete your data in line with the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
