Help · Your data
What data is held about your contacts
For each contact the system holds their name, professional headline, LinkedIn identifier, any events involving them, the messages exchanged, and a record of what was drafted, sent or cancelled. Contact details such as an email address are held only where you have asked for them to be looked up.
Where it comes from
Everything comes from your own connected account. The system sees what you see as a signed-in user. Nothing is purchased, and no data is gathered about people you are not connected to.
There is no shared database across customers. Your contacts are yours.
Removing it
- Never contact removes a person from all future activity and cancels anything queued for them.
- Suppression records are kept permanently, because deleting one would risk contacting somebody who asked not to be.
- Closing your account deletes your contact and message data.
