Help · Getting started
What to expect in your first week
Expect a quiet first week. The system needs a baseline before it can tell what has changed, sending limits start low and ramp over about three weeks, and it will not invent a reason to contact someone. A handful of drafts in week one is normal and correct.
Why it starts quiet
- It records what everyone looks like now, so it has something to compare against. Nothing looks like a change on the first pass.
- A new connected account sends far below its eventual limit and ramps over roughly three weeks.
- It only acts when something genuinely happens. Quiet weeks in your network mean quiet weeks in your queue.
A good first week
Read every draft, including ones you would not send. What you reject is the most useful signal about whether the rules you have enabled are the right ones.
Do not turn on sending immediately. Watching what would have gone out, before anything does, is the cheapest way to find out whether you trust it.
