What is worth writing down

The things nothing else could work out. That they are re-tendering in the new year, that the real decision maker is somebody else, that they asked to be called back in March.

Everything else on the page was observed or generated for you. A note is the only part that is yours, and the only part that is gone forever if you do not write it.

Who can see and change them

• Everybody in your workspace, and nobody outside it.
• Anybody in the workspace can edit or delete any note, because a note is a shared record of an account rather than private correspondence.
• Each note shows who wrote it and when, so it is clear who learned what.
• The person the note is about never sees it. Notes are never included in a message.

Finding somebody to write about

Open anybody from the people list, from a company, or from the panel beside a conversation. Every name is a link, including the people you have never spoken to.
