Voice, case studies and your booking link
Three settings shape what gets written: a sample of your own writing, your real case studies, and your booking link. The voice sample is the single highest value thing on the page, because without something to imitate the writer falls back on a safe, slightly corporate register that makes outreach obvious.
The voice sample
Paste two or three messages you have actually sent and were happy with. Real ones, including the blunt and the short. You do not write like a brochure, and the point of the sample is that the drafts should not either.
It goes to the writer with every draft. Changing it affects new drafts and leaves ones already written alone.
Case studies
One sentence each, one per line, and only ones that are true. The writer uses at most one and only where it fits.
Leave it empty rather than filling it with something aspirational. A draft that cites a customer you do not have is the worst thing this product could send on your behalf.
The booking link
Offered as a button in the inbox when a reply reads as interest or a request to meet, so you are not hunting in another tab at the one moment it matters.
It is never used in a first message. A booking link in an opener is one of the clearest signs that nobody typed it.
